New Client Services Manager

UKprocure are delighted to welcome Louise Sergeant as our new Client Services Manager.

Louise joins UKprocure from SunGard, a major international provider of business continuity services. Louise managed SunGard’s Support Desk and previously was Client Relationship Manager EMEA.

Louise has been in post since October 2007 and has spent the first few months understanding UKprocure and visiting our customers. Louise’s responsibilities include management of the Service Desk and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her role is to be out managing clients and ensuring their needs are addressed – it’s not just an office job!
